There will be a $4.75 (+ tax) charge for each additional adult at your party. All children ages 9 months through age 5, that stay at Jellybean Jungle®, will be charged at the party rate. There is no charge for babies in infant seats.

You may rent Jellybean Jungle® for your Private Event. Rental is for 2 hours and includes staff to assist you in set-up, serving and clean-up. The "Jungle" is perfect for your child's birthday and many other family events.

Booking And Payment Terms
We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard and Visa for deposits and the balance of your party. All fees are subject to N.J. sales tax. All deposits and fees are NON-refundable. There is a $30 fee for all checks returned without bank payment. All prices, hours and fee are subject to change without notice. When you come in to book your Party, one of our Coordinators will fill out a contract with you and outline your party. No party is run or considered scheduled without a deposit and signed contract. Parties are charged for at least the minimum number of children. The Jellybean Jungle® crew works very hard to ensure you have a great party. A gratuity is appreciated. Many people ask us to suggest an appropriate gratuity. We will figure it for you and put it on your final bill for your consideration.

Let Us Help You!
Since all of our parties and events are customized, our coordinators will assist you in choosing what you would like to bring. With all of the Parties, we provide the paper products for adults and children (if you want a specific theme, you will have to provide those paper goods as ours are solid) We do have contracts with local vendors to assist in your party needs. We can assist you with ordering your Pizza (from Scotto’s), Wrap Sandwiches and Chicken Finger Platters (from Great Wraps) and Mrs. Goodie2Shu’s (for your cake, fruit, veggie and Brownie trays.)We also have Mindy’s Magic Touch who can assist you in your party favors. Depending on the time of your party, the age of the children and how many adults, we will make suggestions on what works best. We do not have Ice nor are we able to refrigerate items for you, but we do have ice buckets. We also have serving bowls and trays should you need them. Since we do not provide drinks for the adults, you are welcome to bring a cooler of drinks or run a tab and we will bill you at the end of your party. As will any of our vendors, they are not included in the price of the party, and you are under no obligation to use them. Please ask any of the associates and they will be happy to help.

One of the great things about a Jellybean Jungle event is that all of the work during the event is done for you. There is no need for you to arrive early – five minutes before your guests will be fine because your assistant will meet you at the door and take care of everything. They will set up, serve the food, and clean up for you. For Birthdays, when the assistant calls everyone to sing “Happy Birthday”, the party room will be beautifully decorated. Have your camera ready. Then when your event is over, leftovers and your gifts will be packed and ready to load into your car, all you have to do is bring your car around and we will bring everything out.

The Parties at Jellybean Jungle are fabulous (and voted #1 two years in a row). Just have a great time and enjoy your guests. Let us do everything for you!!

Birthdays: Gifts are not opened at Jellybean Jungle®. As your guests arrive, the gifts will be bagged so you can take them home. Party favors are held at the front desk and given out the children as they leave at the end of the party. Favors can be anything you like, from bags of toys and candy to sand pails and bubbles, or personalized boxes, or books- or whatever your imagination can do. (Candy may be in favors but not served at the party)

Serving Food: The food at your party will be served all in one sitting, for the ½ hour scheduled on your contract. The children are having such a good time playing that it is almost impossible to get them to sit down once, so asking them to come to the table twice never works. The adult food will be set-up buffet style on the counter in the party room or on the counter in the table area for Private Events. Then we will clean-up and repackage your left-over food and items and have them ready for you to take home.

The following applies to foods that you might bring:
NO nuts due to potentially serious nut allergies NO coffee or other hot liquids
NO alcohol
No ice cream cakes or candy may be served
Bagels must be pre-cut
We cannot provide ovens or refrigerator/freezer space

Caterers and balloon deliveries cannot arrive until 10 minutes before your event starts. Our staff will take care of everything for you, so just relax, enjoy and greet your guests.

Extra Fun For Your Party!
You can add some extra fun to your party by choosing one of our special activity options:
We can arrange to have a character come to your party for $95 + tax. During the ½ hour visit, the character will sing, dance and play with the children as well as pose for pictures. Please call for more details on characters. Characters must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Explorer Girl, Sponge Boy, Blue Dog, Yellow Tub Baby, Honey Bear, Furry Red Monster, Scoob Dog, Powder Puff Girl, Lion Cub or Adult Lion, Peek-A-Choo, Red Head Scared Boy, Aardvark, Mr. Mouse, Cartoon Rabbit, Cartoon Tomato, Batman, White Ranger, Fighting Turtle, Darth Vader and many more are available!
Face painting and party crafts are also available. Ask your party coordinator for pricing.
